What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with assigned People Leaders to understand business priorities
• Support HRBPs in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide guidance on routine employee and leadership matters, escalating complex issues as needed
• Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities
• Coach managers on employee development, engagement, and performance practices
• Reinforce consistent leadership practices and company values
• Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
• Assist leaders through organizational change by reinforcing communication and change plans
• Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business discussions
• Partner with HRIS, Shared Services, and COEs to leverage people insights
• Partner with Shared Services and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Guide leaders to the appropriate HR resources while focusing on strategic consulting rather than transactional support

What You Bring

• Hands-on progressive HR experience
• Foundational knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment practices
• Experience partnering with managers in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Business curiosity and developing consulting capability
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence through collaboration

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred
