What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary Addepar subject-matter expert and owner for a select group of complex client relationships.

  • Architect and maintain sophisticated portfolio structures, ownership hierarchies, reporting frameworks, dashboards, analytics, and workflows within Addepar.

  • Own the integrity and usability of portfolio data supporting assigned client relationships, including both internally and externally maintained data.

  • Oversee and perform comprehensive quality assurance of portfolio data processes, including asset setup, security attributes, valuations, commitments, capital calls, distributions, cash activity, and other investment activity.

  • Establish rigorous controls, documentation, and operating procedures appropriate for highly complex single-family-office portfolios.

  • Serve as an embedded member of the Financial Advisory team, bringing a strong understanding of core Financial Advisory workflows, portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment products, and family-office needs.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Direct, substantive Addepar experience is required, including hands-on experience with complex portfolios, data structures, reporting, analytics, and workflows.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in investment management, wealth management, family office, financial advisory, portfolio operations, or a related professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to architect complex processes, establish strong controls, identify root causes, and develop scalable solutions.

  • Strong understanding of public and private investment portfolios and familiarity with concepts including net asset value (NAV), unfunded commitments, valuations, capital activity, internal rate of return (IRR), and time-weighted return (TWR).

  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), Snowflake, application programming interfaces (APIs), data warehouses, automation tools, or similar technologies is highly valued but not required.

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging AI to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on your first day of employment.

  • Life and disability insurance coverage, as well as family and wellness benefits, including mental health benefits, fertility benefits, and backup childcare.

  • A matching 401(k) program.

  • Commuter benefits program.

  • Stipends to support wellness and hybrid working arrangements.

  • Support for employees pursuing professional designations and certifications, including tuition reimbursement and an allocation for books and other coursework supplies.

  • Smart-casual dress code.
