What will you do?
The Associate Delivery Director (ADD) provides delivery and people leadership within the Technology Solutions Office (TSO). Reporting to the Senior Delivery Director, the ADD is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and programmes, ensuring quality, schedule, budget and compliance expectations are met. The role leads and develops project teams, manages client and stakeholder relationships, supports presales and solutioning efforts, and drives continuous improvement of delivery practices within TSO.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and programmes, including scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk management.
- Lead, coach and develop technical leads and delivery teams; support performance reviews, hiring and capability planning.
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders; maintain strong client relationships and account health.
- Govern project financials, including forecasting, margin management, resource utilization and billability.
- Support presales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, proposal reviews and tender responses.
- Ensure delivery compliance with contractual, security and public-sector requirements.
- Drive adoption of delivery best practices, methodologies and tooling; contribute to continuous process improvement across TSO.
- Report portfolio status, risks and financials to senior management.
Requirements
Domain Skills
- Project and programme management across Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Project financial management: budgeting, forecasting and margin control.
- Contract, vendor and stakeholder management.
- Delivery of web and mobile application systems; familiarity with modern technology stacks and cloud platforms.
- Risk, issue and compliance management, including Singapore public-sector requirements (e.g. IM8).
Non-Domain Skills
- Leadership and people development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical problem solving and sound decision making.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities under pressure.
Education and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- PMP certification or equivalent; ITIL Foundation; AWS/Azure certifications
Working Experience
- Min. 12 years of IT industry experience, including 5+ years managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale application projects and leading delivery teams.
- Singapore public-sector project delivery experience; presales or bid management experience.
