Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

• Author, configure, update, and maintain Assurance and Risk Advisory tools, templates, guidance, training materials, and related technology-enabled content.
• Translate approved methodology, business, regulatory, and professional standards requirements into structured content.
• Perform detailed quality assurance and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, functionality, and adherence to established standards.
• Execute assigned authoring activities independently while following documented processes, timelines, and quality controls.
• Support testing and validation of new and revised content prior to release and identify or escalate defects and quality issues.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and version control for content changes.
• Collaborate with Assurance Technology team members and business, methodology, training, and other stakeholders to implement approved changes.
• Support periodic updates resulting from changes in professional standards, regulatory requirements, methodology, technology, or business needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of authoring processes, documentation, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background in accounting, finance, business, information systems, technology, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, consistent, high-quality work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and accurately implement detailed written requirements and instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technology platforms, authoring tools, methodologies, and business processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, geographically dispersed team environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with business technology.
