We are looking for an Assistant Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Food & Beverage team in delivering efficient and friendly service, contributing to a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs in a proactive, positive and professional manner.
• Prepare and organize service areas and equipment according to the daily operational needs of the outlet.
• Ensure tables and chairs are clean, sanitized and properly prepared for service.
• Support order taking and the service of food and beverages.
• Develop good menu knowledge and communicate guests’ special requests, allergies, dietary requirements and preferences to the relevant Food & Beverage and Culinary teams.
• Complete assigned tasks during the shift and provide an effective handover to colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and ensure work areas remain clean, organized and tidy.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and other operational tasks when required.
• Follow company policies, food safety and Health & Safety requirements, operational procedures and service standards.
• Participate in company training and remain updated on relevant hospitality trends and best practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
