About the role

The Exchange TRX is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that enhance the shopping experience, drive footfall, and strengthen brand awareness. This role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery, stakeholder coordination, performance analysis, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed effectively and in line with business objectives. Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive footfall, shopper engagement, and brand awareness.
• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with agencies, tenants, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyses results, and provide recommendations to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and performance updates for management.
• Support the execution of loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement programmers.
• Oversee mall activations and events to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong brand representation.
• Support group-wide campaigns and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the mall.

About You:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail or shopping malls.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and large-scale events.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, analysing campaign performance, and preparing business reports.
• Commercially minded with strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
