Position Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Bancassurance sales team, specifically managing overdue premiums, policy lapses, surrenders, and routine policy maintenance services, as well as the sales figure update for banca sales team members.
• Conduct the pre-transaction checking on the insurance application document completeness and accuracy.
• Assist to support the project for BFNA digitization and insurance application e-submission.
• Assisted sales teams with sales report distribution to the BU.
• Conducted accuracy and compliance reviews for insurance applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree holder
• 5+ years of work experience in life insurance industry

• Responsible and attentive to details
• Adherence to quality standards
• Good problem-solving skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills

• Strong PC and Strong in Excel skills including :
  • Formulas including XLOOKUP⁠,  multi-condition logic (⁠SUMIFS⁠, ⁠COUNTIFS⁠, ⁠IF/AND/OR⁠), dynamic arrays (⁠FILTER⁠, ⁠SORT⁠, ⁠UNIQUE⁠).
  • Summarization & Aggregation like building dynamic Pivot Tables.
  • Data Auditing including Data Validation rules and Conditional Formatting logic.
