 About the role: 

Responsible for managing HVAC service operations across the Chhattisgarh territory, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints, effective AMC and warranty support, coordination with service/channel partners, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service activities across Chhattisgarh, with Raipur as the operating base.
• Attend and coordinate breakdown, warranty, AMC and chargeable service calls and ensure timely closure.
• Provide technical support for HVAC equipment troubleshooting diagnosis and corrective action.
• Coordinate with dealers, service partners and technicians for field-service execution.
• Monitor AMC preventive maintenance schedules and ensure PM activities are completed as planned.
• Regularly visit key AMC, warranty and institutional customers to review service performance and strengthen customer relationships.
• Handle customer escalations and coordinate with technical/product teams for cases requiring higher-level support.
• Identify required spare parts, follow up on availability and coordinate timely replacement at customer sites.
• Ensure proper service documentation, including call reports, PM reports, customer acknowledgements and supporting records.
• Support preparation and follow-up of repair quotations, AMC proposals and chargeable-service estimates.
• Follow up on outstanding service payments and commercial closures with customers.
• Monitor performance and service quality of channel/service partners and ensure compliance with expected service standards.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments for recurring or critical equipment issues.
• Maintain regular communication with the branch/area service management regarding open complaints, critical cases, pending spares and customer escalations.
• Support improvement in customer retention, AMC conversion/renewal and service revenue.
• Maintain adherence to company safety, quality and service processes during field operations.

Territory Coverage:

The role should be prepared for extensive travel within Chhattisgarh. Existing branch service records include locations such as Raipur, Bhilai, Ambikapur, Bilaspur and Dhamtari, demonstrating the geographically distributed nature of Raipur service operations.

Desired Profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC systems and air-conditioning equipment like VRF, Duct, Split etc..
• Strong VRF troubleshooting and field-service orientation.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to independently coordinate customers, technicians and service partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh.
• Working knowledge of service reporting, MS Office and basic commercial processes.
