After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, has to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, 3 restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.

The Role of Assistant Chief Concierge:

The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for an Assistant Chief Concierge. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Assistant Chief Concierge works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. The Assistant Chief Concierge will assist the Chief Concierge to oversee the Concierge department including interviewing and training of staff, storing and retrieving of guest luggage and packages, processing of all guest correspondence, ensures that staff is knowledgeable about activities at the location, establishes contacts with vendors to provide updated and current information to guests.

Our Ideal Assistant Chief Concierge will have

Our ideal Assistant Chief Concierge candidate have a special talent and passion for ensuring the highest of standards consistently and exceptional service. You should have experience in luxury hotels, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and have the desire to focus on the development of our team.  Ideally you will also have experience of a new hotel or resort opening, and you must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
