We’re looking for a passionate, organised and commercially minded Assistant Brand Manager to join our Skincare Brands team at MECCA!

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our ANZ brand partners and internal teams, supporting product launches, brand performance and day-to-day operations. You'll gain valuable cross-functional experience across category management, brand management and commercial planning, building a strong foundation for a future career as a Brand Manager.

The Role You Could Play:

Reporting into the Skincare Brands team, you will play a key role in supporting our brand portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination of product, brand and commercial activity. You will:

• Manage product setup, data accuracy and brand ranging, ensuring products are ready to trade across our channels
• Partner with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, visual merchandising and store assortment planning
• Build strong relationships with brand partners, coordinating product information, business reviews, brand claims and international brand visits
• Coordinate collateral, including testers, samples, merchandise materials and PR stock, to support successful launches and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement

What You Will Bring

You’re passionate about product and the customer, with experience in a fast-paced administration, coordination, retail or merchandising environment, and you’re ready to build a career with Australia’s number one beauty destination!

You are a self-starter with an eye for detail and a love for developing and maintaining efficient processes. You love numbers, spreadsheets and constantly finding new and improved ways of doing things. You have a friendly personality and love to take the lead, while excellent communication skills will allow you to comfortably communicate with all levels of the business and fit into our unique team environment.

Along with bringing your genius brain and affinity with cosmetics to the table. We are looking for someone who:

• Is results driven, with impeccable attention to detail
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to complete tasks to set deadline
• Has strong problem-solving skills and drive for continuous improvement
• Has strong business acumen including understanding of KPIs and other performance metric
• Has advanced skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
