  • Maintain accurate records for field assets used for demonstration, evaluation, placed-capital, consignment and loan purposes, including asset location, custodian, status, intended use and supporting terms and conditions.
  • Ensure appropriate written terms and conditions are established and maintained for capital equipment loaned free of charge to healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations.
  • Analyse asset utilisation, field inventory and financial performance using return-on-investment principles; identify underutilised, excess or fragmented holdings and recommend consolidation, redeployment or investment actions.
  • Monitor and drive inventory performance, including Days of Sales Inventory (DSI), surgical set turns, cycle-count completion, stock-count variances, and resolution of open billing and due-back inventory.
  • Coordinate cycle counts for field assets, loaner sets and consignment inventory; investigate discrepancies and partner with relevant stakeholders to achieve timely reconciliation and closure.
  • Provide clear reporting and communication on asset risks, investment requirements, utilisation opportunities, service constraints and corrective-action progress to management and business stakeholders.
  • Develop effective relationships with Business Unit leaders, Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, Finance, Master Data, Schedulers, Kit Build, Operations leads, global project teams, distributors and customers.
  • Ensure assets and inventory comply with Quality and HSE standards; maintain accurate procedures and documentation, support ANZ Quality assurance programs and apply continuous improvement to workflows and controls.
