e are seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of business-critical technology solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping organizations improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and maximize the value of enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate has experience leading system implementations, conducting business process analysis, managing data and integrations, supporting enterprise asset management platforms, and driving user adoption through training and change management.
What You'll Do
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and process-mapping activities.
- Analyze current-state business processes and develop future-state recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
System Implementation & Configuration
- Lead and support the implementation of enterprise software platforms.
- Configure applications to meet organizational requirements and business needs.
- Assist with solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, workflows, and enhancements.
Data & Reporting
- Support data migration, validation, cleansing, and governance activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business decision-making.
- Analyze data trends and recommend process or system improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business users throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and document test results.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications.
Project Delivery
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and implementation initiatives.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across business and technology functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, technology consulting, or enterprise application implementation.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and system integrations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or supporting:
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Field Service Management (FSM) platforms
- Work and asset management solutions
- Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS.
- Knowledge of SQL and data management practices.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar solutions.
- Consulting or client-facing project experience.
