Job Summary**

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling electronic components and products according to specifications, contributing to the production of high-quality technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform repetitive and detailed assembly tasks using various hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
* Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate product construction.
* Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality defects and compliance with established standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
* Document production activities, including completed units, rejected parts, and any issues encountered.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly problems and improve processes.
* Utilize inventory management systems to track and replenish parts as needed.
* Operate light machinery and equipment as required for assembly tasks.
* Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production environment preferred.
* Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions and diagrams.
* Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
