What You Will Do

• Collaborate with your team to manufacture components in line with the production plan, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to meet customer expectations.
• Follow all site and group Environment, Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Apply all training received and actively support the site’s safety culture by identifying and reporting hazards or unsafe practices.

What We Look For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Strong commitment to achieving results and delivering excellent service to internal customers.
• Key traits: integrity, trust, action-oriented, and a team player.
• No direct reports, but the ability to influence and inspire others as we continuously improve product quality.
• Desirable: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above).
