ASPIRE is our 2-year graduate programme, designed to accelerate high-potential talent into future business leaders through cross-functional and overseas rotations, enterprise projects, leadership exposure and structured development. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The programme includes an overseas rotation to broaden your regional perspective.
Shaping insurance solutions, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships and business strategies, having solutions be brought out.
Applying financial, actuarial and risk insights, ensuring compliance and protecting customers.
Leveraging technology, digital tools and data to drive innovation while supporting talent, culture and workforce planning.
Lead and contribute to strategic projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams; present recommendations to senior stakeholders; support transformation and innovation initiatives; deliver outcomes that create value for customers and the business.
Fast-track your growth through structured leadership development, senior leader engagement and real-world business exposure.
Take ownership of high-impact projects, work across functions and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
Less than two years of full-time work experience.
Leadership potential demonstrated through academic, co-curricular, community or professional experiences.
Effective communicators who collaborate well with diverse stakeholders.
Adaptability, resilience and a growth mindset.
SELECTION PROCESS
Shortlisted candidates will progress through the following stages:
1. (Now to Dec 2026) Application: Submit your application
2. (Now to Dec 2026) Video Interview: Share your motivations, experiences and aspirations.
3. (Now to Dec 2026) Psychometric Assessment: Explore your working style, capabilities and behavioural preferences.
4. (Jan 2027) In-Person Candidate Engagement Day: Meet Prudential leaders, employees and fellow candidates before the Assessment Centre.
5. (Late Jan 2027) In-Person Assessment Centre: Complete interactive exercises assessing problem-solving, collaboration, communication, leadership potential and business judgement. The Assessment Centre is scheduled for late January 2027, subject to progression. Offers will be decided based on the Assessment Centre.
Upon successful completion of 24 months, you will be offered a final placement with Prudential in Singapore or overseas, based on business needs, role availability and individual suitability.
