About the role
The role is committed to the sales growth of responsible customers in regions, implement and execute these growth plans with the approval of the regional manager, and align with and support the overall growth strategy of the China region. Spare parts, maintenance and renovations should be given equal attention.The role is work from home at Tian Jin/Inner Mongolia
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and visit customers regularly to increase order inquiries and order volumes as much as possible for the growth of sales.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships in the responsible area and track all pump installation opportunities.
- Establish customer visit reports, provide customers with maintenance plans, spare parts requirements, updates on pump installation volumes, MTBF reports and information on competitors, and review and implement the plans together with the regional manager.
- With the support of the transformation sales team and regional managers, actively promote and seek transformation opportunities for responsible clients.
- Maintain communication with the quotation department to understand issues related to quotations and public tenders.
- Other relevant tasks of this position and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in machinery, chemical engineering, energy or related fields.
- At least 5 years of after-sales market sales experience, familiar with rotating equipment such as pumps, valves and compressors.
- Be familiar with customers from China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and the coal chemical industry.
- Possess outstanding capabilities in market development, customer management and sales operation.
- Familiarity with CRM and technical documentation tools.
