As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation network.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Your role will involve directing teams through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of Oracle HCM initiatives
- Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle SQL Developer to optimize human resources processes
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable human capital management solutions
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in HR processes
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance project success
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Initiating coaching conversations to foster high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within HR consulting projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Leading strategic human resource planning and transformation initiatives
- Managing complex Oracle HCM workforce transformation projects
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data-driven insights
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems
