As an Architect & Estimation Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements within our Oracle Supply Chain and Operations practice. You will leverage your skills to drive strategic planning and execution, focusing on delivering impactful solutions that meet client expectations. This position involves working directly with clients, providing them with tailored solutions that enhance their business processes and operations.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on Supply Chain Technology - Oracle, to drive transformation and innovation for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle Supply Chain and Operations consulting projects to drive client success
- Managing project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency
- Guiding teams in the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite and related technologies
- Developing data-driven insights to enhance supply chain performance and transformation
- Coordinating supply chain management strategies to improve operational excellence
- Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for effective demand planning and forecasting
- Overseeing the integration of Oracle Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems
- Promoting the use of digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to streamline processes
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support ongoing project delivery
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for supply chain optimization
- Managing Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations
- Leading demand forecasting and planning operations
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
