Join Aprio's Client Accounting Services - Restaurant, Franchise and Hospitality CAS Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with US stakeholders to align offshore delivery with firm-wide strategic goals
Champion technology adoption, automation, and process improvement initiatives
Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality work delivery across service and functional teams
Partner with CAAS practice operations to ensure standardized reporting and product delivery procedures
Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards
Lead change management initiatives and enforce governance of operational processes
Define, maintain, and enhance operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
Drive process optimization to maximize offshore team efficiency and effectiveness
Manage documentation, including guidelines, training materials, and project resources
Monitor project timelines, allocate resources, and adjust plans to meet deadlines
Communicate updates, risks, and changes clearly to teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
Ensure proper capacity planning and workforce utilization across teams
Serve as the primary escalation point for service issues and ensure timely resolution
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring, succession planning, and organizational design
Lead performance management, coaching, and career development for managers and team members
Promote standardization in documentation and use of project management tools
Represent the RFH group in leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in US accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing managers and client engagements
Proven experience managing multiple clients in a multi-entity, multi-industry environment, preferably within professional services
Solid experience with accounting platforms such as Bill.com and Factura.ai. QuickBooks Online (QBO); Sage Intacct; NetSuite experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, including Managers and Team Leads
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing engagement profitability and resource utilization
Proven track record in driving process improvements, automation, and system or workflow enhancements
Experience with project and workflow management tools (e.g., Workflow, Wrike or similar platforms)
Experience in onboarding clients and transitioning/migrating processes between onshore and offshore teams
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based teams and leadership
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
Should be flexible with the working schedule
