Position Summary:

We are offering an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity within our Finance Team in Bangalore, India. This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about Finance, Accounting, data and analytics, eager to learn, and ready to build a strong foundation for a future career in business analytics.

 As an apprentice, you will receive training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business scenarios. You will learn how to work with enterprise analytics tools, ERP, Learn and perform accounting transactions, financial reporting, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), design dashboards, and build Excel-based models.

What You’ll Learn and Do:

 Maintain financial records, assist in preparation of financial reports

• Conduct Bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Process Invoices. Prepare journal entries,
• Support the creation and optimization of dashboards and visual reports.
• Learn and apply Excel-based modelling techniques to support analysis and reporting.
• Gain experience working with enterprise analytics and reporting tools.
• Assist in designing and building KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide practical solutions.
• Continuously learn and improve reporting tools and analytical processes.

What We’re Looking For: 

• No prior work experience required – we welcome fresh graduates or career starters.
• Knows basic accounting principles and curiosity to learn and develop
• Strong interest in data, analytics, business insights, and digital tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various analytics tools used in the team.
• Basic understanding of data handling, querying, or visualization is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to team goals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/ MS PowerPoints/ MS word.

 Preferred Educational Background:

 B. Com/bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, accounting, Finance.

 Added Advantage:

• Exposure to any ERP, analytics or reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, Power BI.)
• Participation in data-related coursework, internships, personal projects, Bookkeeping, Finan
