Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the system or application. This role is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and applies thorough understanding of the product to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions and problem resolution activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client experience.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and feedback from client interactions.
- Assist junior team members in understanding system functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Db2.
- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques related to IBM Db2.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and database issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and data integrity processes within IBM Db2 environments.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and clients.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM Db2.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
