What You'll Do:

Join our Diversey team as an Application Manager specializing in Clean-in-Place (CIP) solutions! In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to Food & Beverage customers across Vietnam, helping optimize cleaning and sanitizing processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver sustainable application solutions.

Your Role at a Glance:

• Apply best practices and deep knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products, processes, and services while solving complex customer application-related challenges through innovative and practical solutions.

• Collaborate with client groups and the sales team to develop technical solutions, support business development, conduct customer assessments, product trials, and provide after-sales service to drive growth and ensure business sustainability.

• Responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives by leveraging application expertise to resolve technical issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Conduct on-site surveys, plant assessments, audits, and application troubleshooting to establish and optimize cleaning and sanitizing programs, including CIP (Clean-in-Place) and OPC (Open Plant Cleaning) applications across the food & beverage industry, while documenting technical findings and sustainability impacts.

• Implement new products, dispensers, equipment, and application solutions at customer sites, and prepare technical reports to demonstrate project outcomes and customer value.

• Present Diversey's technical solutions and best practices to customers, technical associations, and industry forums, while representing the company as a technical expert.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required (science, food science, chemistry, engineering, etc.)

• 5–7 years of experience in a technical field with hands-on site exposure, preferably in QC/QA or production environments.

• Strong chemistry background with proven on-site problem-solving experience; able to travel extensively and resolve application issues at customer sites.

• Advanced knowledge of beverage, dairy or brewery sectors and their processes with understanding and knowledge in Cleaning and Sanitizing using both CIP and OPC concepts.

• Ability to demonstrate technical and commercial value to customers while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capable of delivering basic technical training and effectively sharing and transferring knowledge to the sales team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software.

• English proficiency sufficient for internal organizational communication.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% across Vietnam and the Indochina countries.
