AMLI Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant at AMLI at Seven Bridges, our luxury apartment community in Woodridge, IL, conveniently located near Naperville and Downers Grove. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and wants to build a rewarding career in apartment leasing.

Whether you have apartment leasing experience or a background in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service, we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and loves connecting with people.

What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be turning prospective renters into residents while delivering an exceptional leasing experience.

• Showcase & Sell: Conduct engaging apartment tours, highlighting apartment features, amenities, and the surrounding Seven Bridges neighborhood.
• Build Relationships: Connect with prospective residents, understand their needs, and help them find the right apartment home.
• Follow Up & Close: Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries, consistently following up to convert leads into signed leases.
• Achieve Leasing Goals: Work with the onsite team to meet leasing and occupancy goals.
• Know Your Community: Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood attractions.
• Manage the Leasing Process: Prepare lease
• Create Great Experiences: Assist with move-ins, resident renewals, retention efforts, and community events.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the property team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

$20.00per hour + Leasing Commissions & Bonuses. Opportunity to earn up to 35% additional compensation through commissions and bonuses!

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Saturday availability
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships and confidently engage with prospective residents
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience

• Apartment leasing or property management
• Retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or other customer-facing industries
• Commission-based sales or experience achieving performance goals
