Anesthesiologist opportunity with St. Joseph’s University Medical Center based in Paterson, NJ. Offering comprehensive, sophisticated diagnostic and treatment services, this health system has been sponsored since 1867 by its founders: the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth. Its other facilities in New Jersey include St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, also based in Paterson; St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center in Wayne; St. Vincent’s Healthcare and Rehab Center in Cedar Grove; Visiting Health Services of New Jersey, Inc., which is based in Totowa; and over 36 satellite sites in the state. • Endo, L&D, general, ortho

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
