Anesthesiologist Opportunity (Independent Contractor, 1099) at Kaiser Permanente Hospital & Ambulatory Surgery Center in Central Valley, CA. Kaiser Permanente has well-established anesthesia teams across Modesto, Manteca, and Stockton Medical Centers in California’s Central Valley. This 1099 opportunity offers a unique combination of flexibility, autonomy, and consistent case volume across both hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings. Providers will work across a diverse case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, OB, urology, ENT, vascular, and outpatient procedures. Hourly Rate: $325/hour (1099 independent contractor)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
