Opportunity for anesthesiologist with HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL, an easy drive to St. Louis, MO. HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital has been serving the Effingham community and the south central region of Illinois since 1875. This fully accredited, not-for-profit general acute care health facility has 133 licensed beds and is an affiliate of the Hospital Sisters Health System. Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: 26 week on/26 weeks off schedule. Full time W2 salary position. Beeper call from home.
• Heavy ortho, general, and urology

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution 
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified  
• Current medical licensure 
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
