Medline is growing its operations in Pune and is seeking an Vendor Contract Analyst to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of contract pricing for both prime and non-prime vendor accounts for branded products. This role also involves managing communication regarding the fulfillment of contractual commitments with contracting parties.
Some of the roles and responsibilities
• Onboard New Customer Contracts into the respective systems
• Maintain existing and new contracts by adding items and making appropriate changes, such as pricing and expiration/end dates under general and direct guidance.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve the Rebates discrepancies and ensure that correct contract information is uploaded
• Contact vendors to obtain contract pricing and tier eligibility.
• Investigate and address pricing inquiries received from customers, DSMs, and representatives.
• Prepare and Publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports of Rebates
• Create and maintain non-contracted pricing for prime vendors and non-prime vendor accounts.
• Develop new process SOPs and regularly update existing ones to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy of all data related to customer contracts, including rebate calculations, terms, and conditions.
• Participate in ad-hoc departmental and organizational tasks as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in rebate processing
• Support/participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis and doing cross matching of the data to ensure audit requirements are fulfilled.
Required Skills
• Intermediate to Advanced level skills in MS-Excel
• Good Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsive and attentive to the questions/queries raised by stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide innovative solutions to business problems
• Good to have - SAP or any ERP, specially contract management/rebate data module
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree
Work Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience
