This position provides support to the CPCE groups by ensuring that CPCE polices and processes are being adhered to. This role is responsible for conducting quality assessment on program reviews completed by On site/Off site officers to ensure their adherence to Western Union AML policies and procedures, as well as providing the results to the CPCE Reporting team.  This includes contributing to the development and implementation of Quality Review processes and tools, conducting Quality Assurance evaluations based on established procedures and tools, compiling data necessary for monthly reports, analyzing results and providing feedback to Managers, and identifying process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, yet equivalent job experience in the financial services industry is acceptable. 2 years of experience in any of the following:  Bank Secrecy Act, AML Compliance, general and/or risk based compliance, or previous analytical experience is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office skills including the use of pivot tables.
