Where You'll Make a Difference
- Deliver expert analytical support to global manufacturing, quality, and innovation teams.
- Interpret GC and GC-MS data to drive quality and material disposition decisions.
- Investigate quality deviations, OOS results, and customer complaints to minimize risk.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical and quality challenges.
- Support continuous improvement and digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytical laboratories, quality, or chromatography-based roles.
- Hands-on experience with GC and/or GC-MS instrumentation and data interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and root-cause investigation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or similar analytics tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, trend monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience building dashboards, KPI reports, or automated reporting solutions.
- Exposure to laboratory informatics, digital transformation, or automation projects.
- Background in flavors, fragrances, food, pharmaceutical, or specialty chemical industries.
