Your New Role:

• The primary purpose of this role is to perform a range of compliance, originations , underwriting, and credit support activities on customer information for bank lending products.
• The position plays a critical part in delivering high‑quality lending support, ensuring operational efficiency, strong risk controls, and an excellent customer experience.
• The objective is to consistently meet agreed service and quality standards, ensure responsible lending outcomes, and protect customer information in line with bank policies, risk obligations, and regulatory requirements. The role is critical in driving operational efficiency, customer experience outcomes, and effective credit decisioning.

What You Will Bring:

• Over 4 years of experience is required in Underwriting.
• Credit underwriting experience with clear understanding of lending policy, approval frameworks, and procedures
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in lending processes and credit operations
• Proven capability in financial analysis and credit assessment
• Good understanding of risk obligations, and compliance standards
• Ability to consistently replicate compliance and regulatory requirements in day‑to‑day operations
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Customer‑centric mindset with a service excellence orientation
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Risk awareness, and analytical thinking
