Como você irá impactar

Responsabilidades:

• Gerenciar diariamente os sinistros de Operador Portuário e RD Equipamentos, desde a notificação inicial até a liquidação final, dentro do nível de autoridade acordada, em conformidade com os padrões de serviço e políticas da AIG;
• Analisar notificações de sinistro e documentos fornecidos pelos clientes;
• Analisar e inserir reservas;
• Supervisionar o trabalho de fornecedores, incluindo advogados, contadores, peritos e reguladores de sinistros; comunicar-se com clientes, prestadores de serviços e corretores para obter informações relacionadas a sinistros, explicar requisitos e decisões referentes a sinistros;
• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com subscritores e distribuidores para desenvolver um profundo conhecimento do negócio e contribuir para as melhores práticas em geral;
• Fornecer relatórios de sinistros à gerência, à equipe atuarial e aos subscritores, quando necessário.

O que é necessário para ter sucesso

• Experiência na área de sinistros com bom conhecimento de seguros de Operador Portuário e RD Equipamentos, além de potencial para desenvolver relacionamento com corretores, visando a excelência no atendimento.

• Formação Superior Completa
• Bons Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office
• Ótima comunicação, organização, negociação, pensamento crítico/analítico e gestão de tempo.
