The hourly rate for this role is between $ 20.55 $24.41 Hourly DOE

Our Janitors: 

• Clean the  common areas and other assigned areas.
• Works carefully, making sure to follow  SDS, safety, and related regulations.
• Prepare and organizes materials and equipment, and prepares work site before beginning task.
• Keep common areas clean and orderly
• Report and responds to resident requests, and responds to any emergencies.
• Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and addresses with the relevant department if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of English language to take direction and ask questions as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is highly preferred
• Friendly customer service skills.
• Completion of a background check. Drug screen, physical, fingerprint, and/or TB test may be required in some communities/affiliates per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements Include:

• Manual dexterity and the ability to work with required equipment and to perform physically active work for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
