• 制定和实施有效的销售策略
• 改善有利于销售的相关运营支持
• 推动销售运营举措以提升绩效
• 跨职能协作，与其他部门合作，确保有效和高效地实现销售目标
• 协调销售活动、执行方式和策略
• 执行和不断优化支持销售团队的各项行政职能工作
• 调整销售区域使之平衡，并监督各区域内的销售工作
• 协调执行已批准的销售激励计划
• 负责样品管理
• 监管对整体销售流程起到支持作用的的各项行政工作
• 定期发布区域、地区或大区的销售活动报告
• 通过分析，获取用来衡量市场营销和销售资源分配和利用的趋势、效率和有效性
• 分析销售数据并根据洞察到的结论制定策略
