WHO WE ARE:

  • Frequent collaboration with engineering, review and approve any deviation from planned procedure during unprecedented build configurations

  • Maintain a high standard of quality through documentation, traceability, and overall aesthetic

  • Conduct test facility and equipment maintenance, and site cleanliness

  • Conduct work efficiently while in a safe and professional manner

  • Direct hands-on experience with IAE V2500, GE CFM56, or comparable turbofan engines

  • Experience troubleshooting technical problems across many applications, translating into a versatile tool kit

  • Flexibility to work in fast-paced environment and takes initiative for continuous improvement

  • Capable of lifting 35 pounds, stand for long periods, maneuver in restricted spaces, work low to ground and on raised platforms

  • A mechanical life outside the job is a real plus: hot rodding, motorsports, or other hands-on builds where you've had to solve problems without a finished manual

PERKS & BENEFITS:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

  • 401(k) program and transparent stock option plan

  • Self-managed and flexible time-off policy, including PTO, paid holidays, and sick time
