About this Air Export Operations Agent role at C.H. Robinson
C.H. Robinson is seeking an experienced Air Export professional to join the Aalsmeer team. This is an additional hire to strengthen team coverage and support continued growth. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end air export shipments, deliver exceptional customer service, and proactively solve operational challenges in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end air export shipments and related documentation.
- Coordinate bookings, pre-alerts, customs/government filings, delivery execution, and invoicing.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide proactive communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and shared service teams to ensure service excellence.
- Resolve transportation and documentation issues through critical thinking and customer-focused problem solving.
- Support reporting, documentation requests, and customer business reviews.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of air freight forwarding experience with a focus on air exports.
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
Professional verbal and written English skills.
Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing operational demands.
Willingness to provide flexibility during peak operational periods.
Preferred Qualifications
Dutch language skills are advantageous but not required.
IATA Dangerous Goods (DG) certification.
Security Awareness certification or willingness to obtain it.
Knowledge of international air freight regulations and documentation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics.

Compensation Range
€33,200.00 - €52,700.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across the entirety of the country this requisition is posted in.
