About this AI ME NC-Programmierer (m/w/d) role at Airbus
Job Description:
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erstellen von NC Programmen für hochmoderne Produktionssysteme mit Fokus auf Composite und Metallische Komponenten gemäß den Spezifikationen des Engineerings und Manufacturings (z.B. Automated Fiber Placement - AFP , Nietanlagen)
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferungen von NC Programmen
- Simulation der programmierten Daten über entsprechende Tools
- Machbarkeitsanalysen, Beratung von Engineering und Manufacturing, Beratung und Unterstützung von Entwicklungs- & Technologieprojekten
- Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien
- Validierung und Optimierungen bezogen auf die relevanten Achsdynamiken, Zyklen, Bewegungsführungs- und CAM-Systemen.
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Tests und Integration der NC Programme in das Distributionssystem (DNC)
- Teilnahme an den Demonstrationstests mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Qualitätssicherung und Produktion.
- Betreuung von Serienproduktion
- Erstellung von Basisdaten für Fertigungshilfsmittel ( Vorrichtungen )
- Festlegung von Materialzuschnitten mit Spann- und Fixierbohrungen
- Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Spezifikationen für externe Dienstleister
- Technische Unterstützung bei Fremdvergaben.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Bachelor oder Master), Techniker, Meister oder auf anderem Wege erworbene, vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der NC Programmierung mit CATIA V5/V6 und relevanten CAM-Modulen (z.B. AFP: GSD, CPD, CATFiber oder TORFiber; Assembly: OLPS)
- Sicherer Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen (z.B. Sinumerik One).
- Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse, Werkzeugtechnologien und Materialeigenschaften.
- Fähigkeit zur Interpretation technischer Zeichnungen und CAD-Modelle.
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse
- Gute Google Workspace & MS Office Kenntnisse
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Überzeugungskraft und Eigeninitiative
- Englisch: erweiterte Sprachkenntnisse
