As an AI Engineer - SAP Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing within our Advisory practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas. You will uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Developing and executing strategic technology plans to optimize business application performance
- Collaborating with clients to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP solutions
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities
- Applying Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for custom SAP development projects
- Leading business transformation initiatives through process improvement and optimization
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and deliver quality outcomes
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and technical skill development
- Interpreting data to inform insights and strategic recommendations for clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration in client engagements
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for business transformation
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
