Job Description

You will report to engineering manager based in Singapore.

Job Description and Requirements

This position reports to the Engineering Manager, Product Security & Dev sec ops and the Engineering Manager, Product Security & Dev sec ops will train:

• Build end-to-end Product Security Testing capability with hands-on emphasis

• You will Ensure trainee to independently implement vulnerability assessment and penetration testing

• Embed trainee in penetration testing engagements early in the programme

• Produce audit-ready and engineering-consumable reports

Learn Outcomes:

You will Build vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities on firmware and software products

• Use security testing tools to perform scanning, validation, and testing of real systems

• Reproduce and validate security issues and document findings

• Support engineers in understanding vulnerabilities

• You will Manage testing labs and environments for security testing activities

• Contribute to automation, scripts, and testing improvements to improve efficiency

• Document and present findings, reports, and learning outcomes

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, vulnerability assessment, or penetration testing concepts

• Familiarity with Linux and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)

• Curious mindset with interest in security testing and exploring system weaknesses

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineering teams

• Hands-on working in lab environments
