JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
•Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
•Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
•Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and workflows.
•Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
•Contribute to the overall growth of the AI engineering team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
•Ideally 3 years of experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in a professional
setting; fresh graduates with relevant work or internship experience are also welcome to apply.
•Strong programming skills in Python or Java, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or
Scikit-learn.
•Familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, Multi-Model Orchestration, and Application Engineering.
•Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
•Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
•Proficiency in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as the role may involve communicating with clients in China.
