This role partners with business process owners, Sales Operations, Information Technology, and the AI Center of Excellence to identify valuable use cases, translate business needs into practical AI-enabled workflows, and help employees confidently incorporate approved AI tools into their day-to-day work.
The role owns the enablement lifecycle from initial discovery and use-case validation through pilot execution, rollout, training, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. Success requires a combination of business-process understanding, AI tool proficiency, change enablement, and the ability to translate emerging technology into clear, practical solutions for users.
Job Duties:
- Drive AI adoption by helping teams incorporate approved AI capabilities into business processes, workflows, and everyday work.
- Partner with business process owners and Sales Operations to identify opportunities, understand current-state challenges, validate proposed use cases, document expected outcomes, and prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and user impact.
- Lead end-to-end AI enablement initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, workflow design, pilot planning, user testing, rollout, communications, adoption tracking, and iterative improvement.
- Provide practical guidance on approved AI platforms and capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Translate business needs into effective AI-enabled workflows, including prompts, reusable templates, agents, automations, and supporting process guidance, in partnership with the appropriate technical platform owners.
- Develop and maintain user-facing enablement materials, such as training content, quick-reference guides, demonstrations, standard prompts, workflow documentation, and role-based learning resources, in collaboration with Sales Operations, process owners, and the AI Center of Excellence.
- Deliver training, demonstrations, office hours, and targeted coaching that help employees use AI tools confidently, effectively, and responsibly.
- Provide first-line functional support for AI users, including answering usage questions, identifying common adoption barriers, troubleshooting basic workflow or prompt issues, and routing platform, access, security, or technical issues to the appropriate support team.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify recurring needs, usability challenges, training gaps, and opportunities to improve existing AI solutions or introduce new capabilities.
- Measure and communicate adoption and business impact using defined success measures such as active usage, user engagement, time savings, process improvements, user satisfaction, and achievement of intended business outcomes.
- Promote responsible AI use by reinforcing company policies, approved-tool guidance, data-handling expectations, human-review requirements, and established AI governance processes.
- Stay current on evolving AI capabilities and practices, evaluate their relevance to Commercial Operations, and communicate practical recommendations without introducing unnecessary tool proliferation.
Education and Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in technology adoption, business-process improvement, sales operations, and change enablement
- Experience supporting technology adoption, business-process improvement, sales operations, change enablement, training, or a related business transformation function.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using enterprise AI tools to build practical outputs (e.g., prompts, reusable templates, workflows, and automations) using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, or comparable tools.
- Experience partnering with business process owners, subject-matter experts, training teams, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM-supported commercial processes and experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.
- Ability to document business requirements, use cases, workflows, expected outcomes, and user feedback clearly and consistently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
