NN Group · Onsite · Nieuwegein

Help build the next generation of software development!

Software engineering is evolving rapidly. AI is becoming an integral part of how we analyze requirements, design solutions, write code, test applications, and manage software in production.

At Movir, we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who embraces AI as a powerful tool to deliver better software. You will build modern digital solutions for our customers, advisors, and employees while leveraging the latest AI-assisted development practices and tools. Working as part of a multidisciplinary DevOps team, you will be involved in the complete software lifecycle, from idea to production.

What you are going to do

As an AI-Enabled Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, test, and maintain end-to-end software solutions. You will combine strong engineering skills with modern AI capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and enhance software quality.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Create software that makes a real difference for customers, advisors, and employees
  • Harness the power of AI to accelerate development, improve quality, and automate repetitive engineering tasks
  • Build modern full stack solutions using TypeScript, cloud-native technologies, APIs, and automated testing
  • Take ownership from concept to production, ensuring your solutions remain secure, reliable, and scalable
  • Explore, experiment, and innovate, helping shape how AI transform software engineering at Movir

What we offer you

At NN and Movir, we invest heavily in people, technology, and innovation.

We offer:

  • Salary between €5,030 and €6,707 based on 40 hours and depending on your knowledge and experience
  • 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary
  • 27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and three Diversity Days
  • A modern pension administered by BeFrank
  • Plenty of training and learning opportunities
  • NS Business Card 2nd class, which gives you unlimited travel, also privately
  • Do you prefer to travel with your own transport? Then you can declare the kilometers travelled
  • Allowances for setting up your home office and for internet use

Who you are

You are a curious and pragmatic software engineer who enjoys learning, experimenting, and continuously improving. You see AI as a productivity enabler that enhances software engineering rather than replacing it.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer
  • Experience developing applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar technologies
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of API development and integration patterns
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development and container-based platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent level of working and thinking

Nice to Have

Experience with one or more of the following is considered a plus:

  • GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or other AI development assistants
  • Kubernetes and container-based platforms
  • Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments
  • Specification Driven Development
  • Automated testing frameworks
  • AI-assisted software engineering practices

Who you will work with

You will be part of a newly set up team that is involved in unlocking distribution channels at various Movir partners. In addition, the team has the responsibility to convert a significant amount of legacy code to our new high code standards. The team currently consists of 3 engineers, a product owner and a UX professional. The team is expected to be further expanded in the future.

Any questions?

For questions about the procedure, please contact Bianca Schaareman, Talent Acquisition Specialist via [email protected].
