AI / Copilot Studio Developer (Process Automation Developer IV)

Overview

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for an AI / Copilot Studio Developer to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, improve employee experience, and create operational efficiencies across the organization.

Working closely with business stakeholders, process experts, and fellow AI practitioners, you will help transform business challenges into innovative solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will focus on complex use cases requiring solution design, integrations, and technical problem solving while contributing to the growth of AI adoption across ING Hubs Philippines.

What You Will Do

·       Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.

·       Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and user-centric AI solutions.

·       Design prompting, grounding, knowledge retrieval, and context management approaches that improve solution effectiveness.

·       Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise applications.

·       Contribute reusable solution components, patterns, and standards that accelerate delivery.

·       Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value.

·       Explore emerging AI capabilities and recommend innovative applications that support business objectives.

·       Promote responsible and effective adoption of AI technologies in alignment with ING standards and governance.
