AI Content Transformation Delivery Lead

Description -

Job Summary
The AI Content Transformation Delivery Lead serves as the execution lead for HP's Content Transformation program, connecting product, creative technology, engineering, Adobe, and HP business teams into one integrated delivery model.

This is not a traditional PMO role focused primarily on meeting coordination, schedule administration, or status collection. The role requires strong program leadership combined with practical knowledge of modern content production, marketing technology, generative AI, creative workflows, and enterprise platforms.

The person works closely with the mAIstro Product Manager and Creative Technologists to ensure product requirements become production-ready capabilities, dependencies are identified early, technical and operational questions are resolved, and releases are delivered on time. The role is expected to operate with significant autonomy. When issues arise, the expectation is to investigate them, connect the right teams, identify options, recommend a path forward, and drive the issue to resolution.

Core mandate: Make the different parts of Content Transformation deliver as one system. Do not simply report blockers. Drive them to resolution, and escalate with context, options, and a recommendation when leadership action is required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated delivery plan across the mAIstro platform, Smart Brief, AI generation, creative templates, Digital Twins, Workfront workflows, product data, QA, approvals, integrations, and downstream content delivery.
  • Partner directly with the Product Manager to translate roadmap priorities, user needs, acceptance criteria, and release goals into an executable cross-functional delivery plan.
  • Work closely with Creative Technologists to understand AI generation workflows, model dependencies, prompt and orchestration requirements, template dependencies, quality requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Coordinate dependencies between Adobe, HP engineering teams, marketing teams, Digital Twin / 3D teams, platform teams, and other Content Transformation workstreams.
  • Maintain clear visibility into scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, and release readiness across all workstreams.
  • Identify execution risks early and drive corrective actions before they become delivery blockers.
  • Lead resolution of ambiguous cross-functional issues by identifying the right SMEs, organizing focused working sessions, documenting decisions, and ensuring actions are completed.
  • Challenge unclear ownership, unrealistic delivery dates, incomplete requirements, weak acceptance criteria, and unresolved dependencies.
  • Drive release readiness across product, technology, workflow, content, QA, governance, and operational dimensions.
  • Maintain program-level decision logs, dependency maps, action registers, critical-path tracking, and delivery health reporting.
  • Produce concise executive reporting that explains progress, changes, risks, mitigation plans, and decisions requiring leadership support.
  • Ensure escalations include sufficient context, viable options, and a recommended resolution whenever possible.
  • Represent the Content Transformation organization in working sessions with Adobe and other strategic partners, and independently close follow-up actions.
  • Develop enough technical understanding of the mAIstro architecture to participate meaningfully in discussions involving APIs, AI services, Workfront, orchestration, templates, Digital Twins, product data, and downstream systems.
  • Build deep understanding of HP N content creation processes so technically valid solutions also work within real marketing operations.
  • Help establish scalable operating mechanisms as mAIstro transitions from transformation program into a production enterprise platform.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex digital, product, technology, marketing technology, or transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional delivery involving product, engineering, business, and external technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital content production, creative operations, marketing workflows, or content supply chains.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, or modern AI-enabled product development.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and identify delivery implications without needing to be the primary engineer.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to independently drive ambiguous issues to closure.
  • Experience translating strategy and product roadmaps into executable plans with clear ownership and critical-path management.
  • Ability to simplify complex product and delivery situations.
  • Experience managing dependencies across teams with different priorities, operating models, and delivery cadences.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders and strategic technology vendors.
