Meet your future team

You will join our newly established Enablers team, reporting to the VP of Enablers and working closely with colleagues across the AI Centre of Excellence, P&O and business functions throughout the VELUX Group.

The team's mission is to accelerate the successful adoption of AI across the organisation by enabling people, driving behavioural change and ensuring new technologies create measurable business value. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will engage with stakeholders across functions, markets and organisational levels to help AI become a natural part of how we work.

As our AI Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming AI from a promising capability into a practical and valuable part of employees' daily work.

What we offer

In this newly created role, you will lead the people side of our AI transformation. While training, enablement and community-building are important tools, your primary focus will be driving real behavioural change and business impact through effective AI adoption across VELUX.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

• Own and continuously evolve AI upskilling programme, including learning journeys, training curricula and workshops tailored to different audiences and maturity levels.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools through onboarding, guidance and best-practice sharing, ensuring new solutions are embraced and used effectively.
• Build and maintain an AI adoption ecosystem through playbooks, documentation, team briefings and self-service resources that empower colleagues to succeed independently.
• Establish and grow an AI Champions network and facilitate community activities, office hours and knowledge-sharing forums to create engagement and momentum.
• Support the rollout of new AI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation across the organisation.
• Measure adoption, usage and business impact, using data and insights to continuously optimise initiatives and prioritise future efforts.

What you will bring

As a person, you are pragmatic, curious, outcome-oriented and energised by helping others learn, grow and succeed. You are passionate about helping people embrace new technology and have a proven ability to drive change in large organisations. You combine strong communication and facilitation skills with a practical understanding of technology and the opportunities it creates for employees and businesses.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Have solid experience within learning and enablement, change management, digital adoption or a related field in a large international organisation.
• Have successfully designed and delivered enterprise-wide capability-building programmes that resulted in measurable behavioural change.
• Are an engaging facilitator and communicator who can make complex topics easy to understand and relevant for diverse audiences.
• Can build credibility with both business stakeholders and technical colleagues.
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
