Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an AI Agent Designer to join our ever-evolving AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce. 

What you’ll own 

• Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done, combining AI agents with workflow and automation technologies where appropriate. 

• Partner with different functions to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic and automation solutions, and define future-state ways of working. 

• Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI and automation solutions. 

• Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and uncover opportunities for AI agents, automation, augmentation, and productivity gains. 

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and agent frameworks. 

What you’ll bring 

• 7 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, process design, solution design, or a related role. 

• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions. 

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders. 

• Strong experience with AI agents, automation, workflow platforms, RPA, or other process automation technologies. 

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.
