AI Adoption & Transformation Expert (Expert Lead Transformation II)

Overview

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for an AI Adoption & Transformation Expert to help accelerate the use of Artificial Intelligence, Copilot, and automation solutions across the organization.

Working closely with business stakeholders, process experts, and AI developers, you will identify opportunities where AI can create value, improve productivity, and enhance employee experience. You will help translate business needs into actionable initiatives while supporting the successful adoption and scaling of AI-powered solutions across ING Hubs Philippines.

What You Will Do

·       Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI, Copilot, and automation can improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.

·       Facilitate discussions and workshops to understand business challenges and uncover high-value use cases.

·       Translate business needs into actionable initiatives and implementation roadmaps.

·       Support the prioritization of AI and automation opportunities based on business value and strategic impact.

·       Collaborate with AI developers, process experts, and stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.

·       Drive adoption, communication, and change management activities that encourage successful use of new technologies.

·       Define and track success measures, expected benefits, and value realization outcomes.

·       Promote awareness, understanding, and responsible use of AI technologies across the organization.

·       Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities, industry trends, and innovation opportunities.
