About the Role:
As an Agent in Training, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training and gain experience in all aspects of insurance sales and client service. You’ll have the support, mentorship, and resources you need to build a foundation for long-term career success, including potential advancement into agency leadership or ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, referrals, community events, and inquiries

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships

• Use CRM tools for accurate record-keeping and follow-ups

• Work toward meeting personal and team sales goals
  Prepare insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients with the application process

• Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people

• Commitment to professional growth, including seeking insurance licensing (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health); licensing support is available

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive training provided

• Self-starters who take initiative and are comfortable engaging with prospects both in person and by phone
