1- Receiving the daily work (maintenance) order schedule from the branch supervisor.
2- Arranging the work order schedule according to the route.
3 – Review the permission to dispense spare parts and products before receiving them from the warehouse.
4 – Contact customers one hour before the visit (maintenance) to confirm the maintenance appointment. 
5 – Follow up with customers in the event of a delay or cancellation of the maintenance appointment. 
6 – Submit the work order schedule after the end of the day to the branch supervisor.
7 – Submitting invoices (financial pledge) to the branch supervisor.
8 – Settlement of the covenant of spare parts and products with the warehouses.
