Margaret (Maggie) Hu is a research associate in the Vallurupalli Lab. Maggie studies the role of glycans in modulating immunity in cancer. She performs a range of wet lab experiments including mammalian tissue culture, western blotting, proteomics, CRISPR genome editing and screening, and in vivo experiments. She will access BL2 and BL2+ lab space in the Vallurupalli lab and also use core facilities and the vivarium at DFCI.
