As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on earnings quality, assets, cash flows, and other critical deal issues. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives, while growing your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will be part of our Deals practice, where you will focus on maximizing value in complex transactions. You will adapt to working with various clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

- Conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to identify key deal issues
- Analyzing financial statements and cash flows to assess earnings quality and asset valuation
- Collaborating with clients to provide strategic advice and support during complex transactions
- Utilizing financial modeling techniques to forecast business performance and growth potential
- Applying corporate finance principles to evaluate investment opportunities and market trends
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to enhance client relationships and team dynamics
- Leveraging digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to improve financial analysis processes
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding of industry trends to drive value for clients
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- CA with 1+ plus year of experience in FDD.
